The fresh noodle (or semi-dried noodle ) production line is advanced noodle processing machinery marked by the technology of vacuum dough mixing and photoelectric control. The whole set of production line is made up of vacuum dough mixer, belt aging machine (or disk dough aging machine), compound rolling sheeters, continuous rolling sheeters and automatic control system.
All parts of the production line contact with the processed material are made of food-grade material and stainless steel in accordance with food safety standard. Good structure design,as well as its high automation, makes the fine products very popular in market both home and abroad.
The roll cutter, installed at the final part of the production line and adjusted by frequency control device, can cut noodle into set length freely instead of measuring the weight.
