Introduction of stick noodle production line

Stick noodle production line consists of a series of technology process, including brine mixing measurement, flour mixing, dough curing, single rolling and composite rolling, continuous rolling, hanging stick supply, hanging noodle rising, noodle cutting tidy, dry, noodle putting-down, cutting and packing, these basic procedures can achieve the automatic production.
 
The features of the stick noodle production line has the features of the high degree of automation, the air can extract heat, new design structure, reasonable design, stable performance, safe and reliable, easy to maintain, etc. The produced stick noodles has the features of uniform color, the noodles after boiling, taste strengthen and elastic.

Mixer & Ripen conveyer, continuous vacuum dough mixer, continuous vacuum, noodle extruding, paste ripen conveyer, continuous rolling machine, length fix cut off & Hanging machine, automatic hang loading machine, noodle end reshaping cutter, drying conveying machine, automatic unloading machine, hot air circulate system, cutting machine.
