Basic Production Process of Fried Instant Noodles Production Line
Cast powder - Water supplying - Quantitatively measuring water - Flour mixing - Compound dough rolling - Continuous rolling -Splitting & Waving - Steaming noodles - Noodles Cutting & Dividing - Frying - Cooling - Shunt Transportation - Packaging - Warehousing1. Case Powder Section
Using the pneumatic conveying system and transport raw materials (flour) into the mixer (The powder storehouse can realize full automation of this process).
2. Water Supplying Section
Quickly mix water with salinity and other ingredients, ready to enter the stage of quantitatively measuring water supply.
3. Measuring Water Section
The mixing water is distributed quantitatively to the dough mixer.
4. Flour Mixing Section
Stir flour and water thoroughly to form flocculent dough;
5. Dough Aging Section
Age dough for several minutes, and then deliver dough to compound rolling section automatically and evenly
6. Compound Rolling Section
Press flocculent dough into thick dough sheet through roll calender, ready for stage of continuous rolling.
7. Continuous Rolling Section
Roll thick dough sheet by multiple sets of rollers to a calculated proportion, rolling into thin dough sheet.
8. Splitting & Waving Section
Thin dough sheet by the sliced noodles knife cut into the required form (Noodle spitting cutting knife can be changed according to the wide and narrow, thick, thin, square, round of noodle shape you want), using the differential speed will wave noodles into the required pattern.
9. Steaming Section
Use steam heating to make instant noodles gelatinization.
10. Cutting & Dividing Section
Instant noodles after pasting are cut into certain weight and folded and sent to box to frying machine tray.
11. Frying Section
Instant noodles go through different temperature range for drying dehydration.
12. Cooling Section
Cool the instant noodles after high temperature frying
13, Shunt Transmission Section
Instant noodles after cooling are respectively delivered to the packaging machine.
14, Packing Section
Put required sauce sachet on the noodles block, and then finish automatic packing into finished products
